What is "Chaotic Creativity" all about? We believe that the most extraordinary things are born from bold ideas and a touch of creative disorder. We reject mass-produced uniformity in favor of vibrant, hand-finished goods that tell a story. We make custom tumblers, apparel, and home goods for people who aren't afraid to stand out.

Ordering & Customization
How do I tell you what I want on my custom order?
Easy! Once you’ve completed your purchase, send an email to customerservice@chaoticcreativity.ca. Include your Order Number in the subject line and give us all the juicy details: colors, quotes, fonts, and any specific "chaos" level you’re looking for.
Can I see a design before you make it?
For complex custom orders, we provide one digital proof for your approval. You get one round of minor revisions to make sure we’ve captured your vision. Once you give us the "thumbs up," we head straight into the studio to start the build!
How long will it take to get my order?
Because every piece is handcrafted, our Current Turnaround Time depends on the level of customization, but we do our best to have everything ready within 10 business days.
Ready-to-ship items go out much faster (usually 1-3 business days). Quality chaos can’t be rushed!
Product Care & Quality
Are your tumblers dishwasher safe?
No. To keep your custom art looking vibrant and the seal intact, all resin-sealed tumblers are HAND WASH ONLY. Do not soak them, do not put them in the microwave, and please don't leave them in a scorching hot car!
How should I wash my custom apparel?
Treat your threads with love! Wash your apparel inside out in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Whatever you do, do not iron directly onto the design—unless you want to turn your custom shirt into a melted disaster.
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Nope—and that’s the best part! Because we embrace "creative disorder," every splatter, glitter mix, and paint drip is unique. Your item will be a one-of-a-kind original. No two pieces of chaos are ever identical.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship to all of Canada, the USA and some parts of Europe & South America. Shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Because custom items are made specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a clear error on our part (like a misspelling that differs from your approved proof). If your item arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product.
Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?
You have a 24-hour window to email us with any changes. After that, we’ve likely already started mixing the glitter and prepping the materials, so the design is locked in!
